Description
Direct replacement jaws for the Creality Rotary Pro rotary jig for Creality Flacon series laser machines.
I had a “mis measurement” mishap with my creality falcon 2 laser and my rotary pro and damaged one of the jaws that screws on to the rotary jig chuck. Moved hell and high water to try to buy replacements from Creality, who only sent me badly translated emails asking for pictures and videos of "the problem" for warranty, when all I wanted to do was just buy new screw on jaws.
Frustrated, I pulled out my calipers and rulers, took to fusion 360, and designed my own.
They are direct replacement fit to the sliding chuck jaws on the rotary pro jig. They are reversible, and have been tested and hold even large tumblers in place perfectly.
To replace the jaws, you will need an m3 allen head to remove the existing screws (2 per jaw). The existing jaws slide off. Slide the new ones on, and replace the screws. Tighten but don't over tighten or you could crack the plastic.
I have successfully printed these in tpu, petg and pla, and to be honest, I prefer the 100% infill PLA. They are light but dense enough to be strong enough to hold just about anything in place, and PLA does not have the slick surface of the TPU I used. And PetG was just overkill since if they get damaged, they can just be reprinted.
(I also sell these as a printed set of 3 with replacement screws on my etsy store. You can find that if you search for my shop by my profile name)
Enjoy! If you like it
