Convenience gadget for organizing your material samples. Compact and elegant design resembling a small book, with pages that slide out like a filing system. For the internal cards, I’ve designed two versions—one suitable for accommodating Bambu Lab palettes (24x24x2mm) and the other for 30x30x2mm palettes that I’ve created, and I’ve attached a 3mf file of them. Returning to the organizer, it has been designed to be modular, with each module capable of holding up to three cards. You can decide how to assemble it; in the available files, there’s a PDF with instructions for assembling both versions. However, if you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to contact me; I’ll respond as soon as possible.

I also attach 3D PDF files that you will need to better visualize the assembly, they can be easily viewed with Adobe Acrobat or similar software.

On the bottom of the organizer and on each card, I’ve prepared slots for adding small magnets (Ø3x2mm) to keep the cards securely in place. You can decide whether to install them or not; you will need two for each card and the same number on the bottom.

ATTENTION!!! The magnets must be fixed with cyanoacrylate glue or similar!

For assembling the two-module version, you’ll need 16 screws, either 3x8mm or alternatively 3x6mm, and for the three-module version, you’ll need two more. The interlocking of the side panels is precise enough that no glue is necessary. However, if there are excessive tolerances in your printer’s work, you can add a little glue to keep them in place.

Information for printing:

All components were printed in PLA with a 0.40mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.20mm with the exception of the lateral guides, for which I set a layer height of 0.14mm, I reduced the speed of the walls to 150mm/ s and brim is activated to keep warping to a minimum.
For the two cheeks, however, I activated the supports, set the fill texture to gyroid and activated the brim.
