SKADIS PhotoClip – A Clip for Photos and Notes х10

This modified clip is designed to hold photos, notes, cards, or other lightweight paper items on the IKEA Skadis perforated panel. It is based on a bag-closing clip but has been significantly redesigned:

✅ Easy to print – simple to manufacture, requires no supports.

 

Printing Guidelines

🔹 Recommended material: PLA / PETG

🔹 Layer height: 0.2 mm

🔹 Infill: 15% (Grid, tested and works well)

🔹 Print speed: ~50-60 mm/s (adjust for PETG if needed)

🔹 Supports: Not required

🔹 Cooling: 100% (for PLA), 30-50% (for PETG)

🔹 Total print time for 10 clips: ~49 min

🔹 Filament usage for 10 clips: 5.96 m (~18.35 g)

🔹 Filament usage per clip: ~1.83 g

 

How to Use?

 

Simply insert the clip into a Skadis hole and slide in a photo or note between the two gripping arms. It will securely hold your materials without damaging the paper.
