A little frog trying hard to poop -- really trying hard

 

Modeling with Blender
Adjusted the supports, trying to minimize the number of supports to make removal easier.

Use adaptive layer height to make the model smoother.

 

If you want to color it:
Try not to use ink or gel pens, as the ink may spread along the layer lines.
Using quick-drying pens or acrylic paint can avoid this issue.
