Gym Weight Stack Pin 50mm - 8mm, 6mm

If you’ve maxed out your gym machine but still want to progress, this weight stack pin lets you add extra plates to push beyond the limit. It has a 50mm outer diameter, fitting most standard plates like Olympic (50.8mm ID) and Technogym FL10150.

The holder is 120mm long, offering ample space for multiple plates and a clip. You’ll need a 6mm or 8mm metal shaft (solid steel), which fits 116mm into the holder and than hammer it in place. The friction holds the rod. I recommend the rod extending 70mm out, that's the same size of a normal techno gym pin. If the rod is too long it can bend. For printing, I recommend PETG or ASA for better impact resistance. The design is quite sturdy, so PLA might also work, but long-term durability is untested—if you try it, let me know how it holds up! Print with high infill for maximum strength.
