Miniature Kids Trike

Many moons ago I tried my hand at modeling a kids trike in Blender.   Now I have a printer I realised I could make this model a reality.

This is a mini model of a kids ride on tricycle that nearly every small child has ridden or owned.  It also happens to be a perfect size for small dolls to ride on.

One could argue it's too small for Dummy 13 but, like other big kids, that doesn't stop him having some fun.

Note:   There's no moving parts here.  The wheels to not turn

Features:

• Looks pretty good when the model is done
• Fun for your whole small doll family (look mum, no hands)

Limitations

• Can only print in one colour unless you like mountains of poop
• Requires a LOT of supports (IMO).  Supports are not particularly easy to remove.  Ensure you have some cutters and patience.   You have to work for this one.
• No moving parts.  Wheels don't spin and handlebars don't turn

Version History

If you can put in the work it does come out looking pretty good.    One day I might try and engineer a kit version with moving parts, multi colour and little poop.  It's a bit of work though.  Let me know in the comments if you want to see this happen.
