PARKSIDE 20V BATTERY DISTIBUTION PROJECT BOX

Hi, ive designed distribution box for parkside team 20x series.
you can use it as Project box for your diy powertools.
as example i've use it to make my own battery powered pump case the orginall one from parkside was a bit expencive.

This version of the box is ment to be printed as 3 parts (LID, BOX, Battery connector)

Box was designed specialy for battery protection circuit (XH-M609 DC 12V-36V) , 150W (10A) DC-DC Boost Converter or step down converter.

The desing has implemented fan mounting holes ( FAN TYPE - 2510) Specialy for cooling down the converter.

The switch i've use for this box is ON-OFF KCD3 Waterproof type

Cable gland PG7 IP68

You can also cover electronics with clear coat or nailcoat for extra water resistance.

in this type ive used 14x(m3 x 10mm bolts ) 4x (m4 x20mm bolts)
&
4x M4 threaded inserts
6x m3 threaded inserts

For the battery terminals i've used longer version of 6,3 male connectrors , secured in place with epovy or hot glue.
