Hello Everybody!

A little introduction. I'm an ordinary guy with old habits and hobbies, from Hungary. I've loved the railway since I was a child, it all started with a basic plastic toy railway set. That's why I chose this topic for the current contest. In addition, I collect railway models, I am a fan of MÁV and since I have the opportunity, I have been 3D modeling various vehicles, accessories and buildings. That's why I wanted to pass on my love for the railway model and introduce the children to a "new world"!

The "Railway pack #1 (Classic train compatible JHX3303 [Base set]) package I uploaded was based on  a set of JHX3303 manufactured  by Playfellow. I was supposed to make a couple of parts only for one of my relatives, and when they told me that the contest was on this topic, I combined the pleasant with the useful. The basic set included an „8” form set, but it couldn't really be expanded, so I thought that by continuing the original profile, I would make a smaller modular railway set that We could customize as We wanted. Since each basic set includes an 8 form railroad and a bridge, I started from these when compiling the set. 

(Note: It is true that the track is compatible with the Classic train kit, electric locomotive, but at the same time, the ascending elements must be printed in such a way that this small locomotive may not be able to go up the hill if it is set very steeply, so you have to pay close attention to this if you would use it with it. When using a lower slope, there is no such problem, I tested the running) 

Of course, the track includes a basic locomotive, passenger wagon, barrier, signs, bridge elements. I will also write a few words about the compilation. I designed the kits in such a way that there is a very minimal need to modify the printed models, but at the same time, I cannot guarantee that everyone will succeed in printing accurately. Normally, I optimized the printing for the Bambu Lab A1 Combo, and I tried to print everything with a 0.4 nozzle so that even the most basic set could be printed, and I tried to take into account that children play with it with each model, so I avoided prickly elements and tried to make the accessories more compact so that they wouldn't break so easily. I made most of the models from PLA, however, if you want a more durable railway, I recommend PETG. The set does not require gluing, but there may be cases when it is worth gluing!

For the set, I plan to release railroad switches and buildings in the future, but at the same time, I wanted to make a base in the first round.

Printing parameters:

Material: PLA or PETG

Layer height: 0,2 mm

Support: Normal or Tree (auto)

Speed, infill and any options are default, I didn’t change any other default value.

I tried to print the wheel set (ML250019-ML-25-0019-007-Wheel set + ML250020-ML-25-0020-006-Wheel set) in different orientation, If you have any good solution for the better result, just try it!

It works and durable, just not too pretty!

Please note that I set the models from ML250038 to ML250041 to 110% size due to the thickness of the lines!
