Window Screen Clip, Upgraded

If your window screen clips are breaking, this 3D-printable replacement is a reliable solution. I designed two versions:

• Standard Replacement: Matches the original design for a direct swap of most standard clips.
• Reinforced Version: Strengthened in the high-stress area near the screw to prevent common breakage.

Both versions are compact, easy to print, and should fit most standard window screen frames. I highly recommend printing with a strong, non-brittle filament like PETG, ABS, or PC for durability. 100% infill is ideal to maximize strength.
