ExoGuitar - Acoustic Core

This is the Acoustic Core module for the ExoGuitar System.  

 

This print profile contains the Face plate, Saddle, String Anchor, and back for an acoustic chambered ExoGuitar.  

ExoGuitar is a modular system, and this is but one module.  To make a complete ExoGuitar you will need other modules from the system; specifically: 

• Shoulder ( Printed or Wood Neck adapter )
• Neck (optional)
• Head (optional)
• Wing Set

Assembly

Step 1: Insert Heat Set Inserts

Step 2: Attach Chamber Isolation Plate

Step 3: Assemble Bridge

Step 4: Insert 2020 Slide In Nuts

Step 5: Attach Face Plate and Bridge to 2020 Extrusion

Also, this is a good time to glue in the decorative ring

Step 6: Insert Rear 2020 Slide In Inserts

Step 7: Attach Back Plate
