Pop Up Wallet with Button - Popup Cardholder

This Pop Up Cardholder Wallet is designed to be minimalist and practical. It has a button style pop up to fan out cards.  Slim profile and compact size, for a perfect everyday carry. I have personally carried this for over a year and it holds up great, even left in a hot car. 

 

The top and bottom plates are printed in PLA, the sides are in TPU to ensure a secure grip on your cards. Internal mechanism is meant to be PETG-CF for durability. The money clip is optional with models included to make it without. Holds up to 7 cards, but does not need all 7 for cards to be secure!

 

To properly grip your cards: 

• Assemble the wallet completely, leaving the 4 screws closest to the card opening slightly loose.
• Fill with your cards, and very lightly pinch the sides just outside of the last 4 screws to be tightened.
• Tighten the screws down and test. This can be readjusted as many times as needed as the wallet breaks in. 
• I recommend using a tiny bit of Loctite for all screws except the 4 closest to the card opening.

 

I have included the Maker's Supply components but the assembly guide also includes component list with dimensions. It is also designed to use a standard pen spring.
