When printing this work, please note the following points:
The infill density of the frame should be equal to or greater than that of the spring arms to ensure the frame’s strength and to prevent damage during use.
The higher the infill density of the spring arms, the stronger their elasticity. If you wish to further increase the pulling force, you may safely shorten the two 720mm sections; however, excessive deformation is not recommended.
Because this model consumes a significant amount of material, it is advisable to first print a test sample at 50% scale to avoid material waste from incorrect print settings. Once the test print is confirmed to be error-free, proceed with full-scale printing.
Due to the inherent texture of 3D-printed parts, some mechanical components may not move smoothly. Therefore, I have applied an appropriate amount of lubricant to the moving parts during assembly. The smoothness of the mechanical movement may affect the overall functionality of the work.
