Description
This unique model was created to allow the Google Nest Home Hub to become a new interesting art piece for your home! Nothing else like this exists! So get your retro on and get transported back to an era of CRTs and floppy drives!
The print profile attached is arranged in such a way to minimize filament waste, that's why the top of the case is printed separately. This will then be required to be glued into place onto the top along with the decorative pieces located on the lower half of the shell. The rest of assembly is a breeze! Just drop in your Home Nest Hub, plug in the cable via the access hole in the back and push the front bezel in place with no glue.
Do be mindful that this print WILL cover the buttons on the device for both volume control and mute, but to me it's not an issue as I use voice commands and my cellphone to control volume anyways. Another thing to have in mind is that sound quality will take a hit since you're now putting a speaker into a small box, you can help this out by putting some sound deadening material into the case behind the Home Nest Hub if you're using this as a primary source for listening.
NOTE!
This model fits the second generation Hub “GUIK2” only
Some assembly with glue is required. Both for the top and for the decorative elements on the lower part.
The mouse is not a part of this print, that model can be found here by user casatift
