1:24 Scale Nitrous Bottle

This is a scale 10lb nitrous bottle with bracket. Intended for 1/24 scale crawlers or other 1/24 scale models, drift cars, anything you want really in that scale range. The actual model is slightly larger than 1/24 scale, somewhere between 1/20 and 1/24 as it's what looked “correct” to me when installed on my crawler. You can always scale it down slightly in Bambu studio if you're printing from a computer and not a print profile through the app. 

Prints in two pieces, I used a .4mm nozzle at .08 layer height and it came out great. Bracket is slightly undersized to the bottle for a solid holding strength, the bottle can snap in from the top or you can slide it into the bracket as well. Bracket has two 0.05" holes in the mounting area for m1.4 hardware like what is used to assemble scx24 hardware. Depending on the thickness of what you want to mount it to, you will likely need m1.4x3mm or m1.4x4mm screws, or you can always glue it to the surface too. If you scale it down before printing just be aware you may need to drill out the holes slightly for the hardware if you're bolting it down. As with anything this size, be careful removing supports. 

Edit: 3/7/2025 Added a second, optional, print profile. This version has a small hose barb on the valve to attach a section of Tamiya braided hose for more of a scale look, helps glue the Tamiya hose in place. Specifically the 2.6mm OD and 1.2mm ID Tamiya Hose. Photo also has a scale decal installed, print is solid color. This profile is for the bottle only, still need to print the bracket from the other profile as well if you need the bracket.
