Kids Toy Cresent Wrench

My grandson broke his toy cresent wrench so I am on a journey to recreate all of his play tools. My plan is to do all the tools and then create a craftsman style tool box. I printed this model with the supports on the inside to have a good external appearance so there will be some post-cleanup on the inside. This is a screw together wrench and I have provided images below on how it should go together. The screw size is:
