Prototypes
- Hinge Adhesion Notice: Due to material properties, the hinge may initially be fused after printing.
- To ensure smooth movement:
- Allow the print to fully cool before attempting to break the hinge free.
- Use a scraper or similar tool to gently pry open the gap near the hinge before flexing it.
- Avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
Update( 2025-05-15 ): Adjusted the axle clearance to allow for smoother and easier rotation
