Improved Pinecil, TS100, TS101, TS80 stand

Saw different versions of the stand and decided to combine a few ideas and create a new version:

• Reinforced Stability: Thickened the stand's design, ensuring it remains securely in place.
• Effortless Removal: Added grip makes detaching the stand a breeze.
• Intuitive Use: New arrow indicator, which points to the optimal grip spot.

The arrow layer can be printed in a different color if you like.
STL file is already oriented in the correct way.
