adjustable ipad Riser - Pro Display XDR

This is an adjustable iPad and tablet stand, inspired by the design of the Apple Pro Display XDR. It has three main parts: the base, the nexus, and the iPad holder.

Like Apple’s monitor, this stand is height and tilt adjustable through a simple mechanism using two seven-pointed star prisms, which connect the base to the nexus and the nexus to the holder. (It is recommended to glue the prism to both the base and the holder for added stability, leaving de nexus free)
I’m also including an STL of the pin with more tolerance “x2 smaller star pin”, so you can print both and see which works best on your printer. This smaller version has a notch at the base.

• Small & universal version: Designed for iPads and other tablets, even with cases. Most stands require you to remove the case, but this one allows you to keep it on—especially if you're using Apple’s Smart Folio (though case thickness may var

• Large & specific version: Designed for the iPad Air 2022 (5th Gen) and other models with similar dimensions and camera positions. In this case, you might need to remove the case. This version covers the entire back of the iPad for a more solid look. 🚀 Check compatibility before printing!

Important Notes:

🟩 Includes anti-slip pads, which you can print in TPU or use as a guide to cut felt, EVA foam, or similar materials. This prevents slipping on smooth surfaces. (Optional but highly recommended 😉).

🟩 The attached 3MF file is for the small version. The large version was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S and is available separately.

🟩 Supports should be tight-fitting ( customized to your printer). Avoid tree/organic supports for better results. 

The large stand generates a lot of supports that can be difficult to remove. I'm working on a new version that uses as few as possible or doesn’t require them at all. New updates coming soon!
