Owl Skull Fossil (Weathered)

Here is part two of my “Fossil Hunt” adventure with my 4 year old. 

While we were playing in the back yard, we saw a beautiful and majestic owl flying through the trees. He was so excited so I decided to design an “Owl Fossil" for him to find on our next boys day adventure. (Boys day is what we call our one on one time)

This time, I wanted to try to make it look like it had been in the ground for a while - so I modeled in some cracks and imperfections. If you guys like the shape but would like a clean version let me know. 

Since there are some “weathered” aspects to the print - getting the supports off can be tricky in some places - but overall it took me less than 5 minutes. 

Printed on a Bambu A1 with Matte PLA in “Desert Tan” (Bambu 11401)
