MagSafe Joy-Con Gaming Grip (for Plus/Max iPhones)

This is a remix of the Magsafe Joycon Gaming Grip to fit larger iPhones (Plus and Max)

Highlights and remix details

• A Joy-Con holder and grip for larger iPhones via a MagSafe mount
• Can fit iPhones without a case or a with a slim MagSafe-compatible case
• The grip has been lengthened horizontally and the back of the grip has been shortened to fit larger camera bumps
  • Tested on an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a case on
• The bottom of the grip has been widened to accommodate the increased size and weight

Required parts (Amazon affiliate links)

• MagSafe mount stickers – this is required but you will only need the magnetic circle component (not the additional alignment piece)
• MagSafe-compatible case (iPhone 15 Pro Max) – this is optional as no case or any slim MagSafe-compatible case should work
  • Please ensure that the case is MagSafe-compatible or the magnetic attachment won't occur

Assembly instructions

1. Stack the two stickers together
   1. One side should be magnetically stronger than the other
2. Verify which side of the MagSafe stickers magnetically attaches to the phone the strongest
   1. The weaker side goes into the cavity of the grip
3. Insert the sticker into the cavity and press down so that the adhesive of the sticker adheres to the bottom of the cavity
   1. If the adhesion is weak, you can glue or tape the sticker down
4. Mount the phone to the magnet and you're all set!

Additional notes

• Take caution when using this grip lying down
  • The magnetic attachment is strong (and strongest when the sticker is strongly adhered) but like any MagSafe accessory, extreme shaking will knock the phone off
  • I've tested the phone to stay attached even with mild shaking
