Created in the Maker Lab, this design involved crafting two separate vases—one whole and one meshed—adding cracks to the outer layer, and carefully assembling them into a single, harmonious form.

This design embodies the philosophy of “rebirth through restoration,” celebrating the beauty of imperfection and renewal. By artfully merging broken porcelain with a mesh structure, it conveys an acceptance and elevation of flaws, reminiscent of the Japanese Kintsugi technique, which highlights cracks to reveal unique beauty.
