Holder cap / cover tanning salon Ergoline JK 38 ( Solarium)

Unfortunately, the holder for the lid on our solarium Ergoline JK 38, which is now almost 30 years old, broke off. The old ABS is brittle and breaks very easily. The holder replaces the old holder and makes it even stronger.

This part is for the right side. If it is needed for the left side, it just needs to be mirrored in the slicer.

However, a few adjustments need to be made. The old holders all need to be removed so that the new holder can simply be placed on the floor. Then you drill through the housing on the old supports so that you have the old positions again. You now place the new holder on the floor, put the old metal plate on top and then the old plastic plate. This is made of a different material, which meant I could use it again. Now screw screws through the holes from the outside and lock them from the inside with the appropriate nuts. Complete! There is now a holder again to insert the lid. It is inserted into the recess. The lid is mounted due to its own weight. So nothing needs to be screwed any more. It is just inserted into the slot like it comes from the factory.

I printed it in PETG because of its better temperature resistance.
