Slingshot RB-XL:

 

This is an XL model.

 

With a larger dimension than previous models, it can be a good solution for those who like to use elastic bands larger than 20mm, or have a large hand.

This slingshot has a fork opening of 110mm (outside forck) and a length of approximately 155mm.

 

The open handle allows the possibility of being decorated with paracord for greater comfort and grip.

 

The clamps allow the attachment of strips up to 26mm wide.

 

Tightening is done with M4 bolts and M4 nuts. In this case, 2 bolts have been added to this designed on each clamp for a greater guarantee of fixing the straps properly.

 

The sight** was adjusted to the height considering the 110mm opening of the fork.

 

With this RB-XL slingshot model you can take your challenge to another level.

 

I wrapped paracord around the handle and lined the fork with camouflage grip tape. Here is the decoration suggestion for your slingshots. (See photos on profile)

 

This slingshot was printed with four perimeters and 50% infill.

The clamps, printed with 100% infill, but also demonstrate sufficient robustness at 50% infill.

Extrusion nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer height: 0.2mm

Filament: Bambu Lab PETG HF

 

**To complete the fiber sight, I cut 4/5mm pieces of Translucent TPU and press them on the holes.

For best results and safety, the use of high-quality, reinforced filaments for the frame (such as PETG-CF or equivalent) is strongly recommended. Lower-grade materials may significantly reduce strength and durability.

Always inspect all parts before use. If any cracks, deformation, or weaknesses are detected, do not use the model.
