Thermal Printer Stand - Rolls or Fan-Fold Labels

UPDATE: 2025-07-02 - A new Print Profile ‘DeluxeStickerVersion’ comes from a suggestion by @OG3D to add spacing for sticker rolls to fit in the side compartments. The overall width of the stand was increased from 220mm to 240mm which allows the side compartments to have 44mm (approximately 1.73 in) of clearance for a sticker rolls to be used. Two additional shaft designs were added for the side compartments as well.

Designed this multi-functional thermal printer label stand that allows the use of either label rolls or fan-fold labels. There are two versions, one supports label rolls of 250 sheets max and the other supports label rolls of 500 sheets max. The top portion of the stand has a raised ledge to keep the thermal printer in place and reduce the risk of it falling off. The bottom portion of the stand also has raised ledges to keep the fan-fold labels in place. The outside has a stylish debossed hexagonal pattern on the sides and uses NO supports to print.

The Shaft is designed to be printed in two halves and joined with an insert, this allows for a much stronger shaft since the layers run horizontal.

• Printer Size: Suitable for printers with dimensions close to 200mm x 80mm x 90mm, the upper stand dimensions are 204mm x 87mm.
• Roll Profile Size: Allows for Rolls of 250 or less (roughly 90mm in diameter) and well over 500 of the fan-fold type labels.

• Print Time: Prints without supports in less than 8 hours and uses less than 250g of filament in total.

• Printer Size: Suitable for printers with dimensions close to 200mm x 80mm x 90mm, the upper stand dimensions are 204mm x 87mm.
• Roll Profile Size: Allows for Rolls of 500 or less (roughly 130mm in diameter) and well over 500 of the fan-fold type labels.
• Print Time: Prints without supports in about 9 hours and uses less than 290g of filament in total.
