Insulation Cutting Tool – Perfect for Plumbing Projects

This versatile insulation cutting tool is available in 11 sizes, ideal for different plumbing needs. The sizes range from 30mm to 80mm, with precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your insulation.

 

Available Sizes:

• 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm (+ 28mm, 42mm and 48mm)
  Note: Measure the outer diameter of your insulation for an accurate fit.

Wall Thickness:

• Sizes 30mm to 65mm: 2mm wall thickness
• Sizes 70mm to 80mm: 2.4mm wall thickness (reinforced for extra strength)

Clearance:

• Each size has a 0.5mm clearance, except for:
  • 75mm model: 0.9mm clearance (for a better fit when stacked (see *)
  • 80mm model: 1.3mm clearance  (for a better fit when stacked) (see *)

Storage:

• Models can be stacked inside each other with a *0.5mm tolerance between sizes. (The common sizes may not in the rest)

Printing Instructions:

• Print the model standing up, as shown in the last photo. No supports are required. Optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle.
