⚙️ Print Settings & Tips

• Material: PLA works perfectly for a desktop accessory. Using a "Marble" or "Stone" filament (as seen in the photos) gives it a premium, high-end look.
• Supports: Supports are required for the watch charger arm and the internal cable routing channels. I recommend using Tree Supports for easy removal and a cleaner surface finish.
• Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid) provides a solid, weighted feel that keeps the stand stable when docking large phones like the Z Fold series.
• Walls: Use 3-4 wall loops for structural strength, especially around the hinges and the watch mount.

📖 Assembly & Setup

1. Electronics: Install two standard circular wireless charging pads into the phone and headphone slots. The watch mount is designed to fit the original Samsung factory charger.
2. Active Cooling: Fit your cooling fan into the rear housing. Wire it to the momentary button placed in the designated dock trigger slot.
3. Cable Routing: Feed all wires through the internal channels to the rear exit point.
4. Dock & Go: Simply place your devices. The weight of the phone activates the cooling fan instantly!
