Description
Ever struggled with 3D-printed holes that just don’t fit?
I’ve been there! After countless test prints where the screw just wouldn’t fit into the hole, I designed a template to check my printer’s hole dimensions and that’s how this handy tool was born.
With this measuring tool, you can determine the ideal diameters for holes, cutouts, nut inserts, and other fastenings. This ensures that screws and nuts fit perfectly, without the need for time-consuming and material-wasting test prints.
The model consists of
- a plate for round holes 2 to 11 mm (+0.1 ... 0.9 mm)
- a plate for hexagonal holes (+0.1 ... 0.9 mm)
- Holder for two plates
There are two versions, one for AMS with colored inscription and one without AMS with embossed inscription.
