Tea Time(r)

Description
I created the Tea Time(r) with a simple purpose in mind: create a timer so that you can brew your tea for the correct amount of time specific to the tea type, hence the name. But that's not all it can do…
You can also use it as a:
- Pomodoro Timer – Use it for time management, setting work and break intervals.
- Cooking Timer – Perfect for timing multiple steps in a recipe.
- Meditation Timer – Set a countdown with a visual cue for meditation sessions.
- Game Timer – Use it for board games or chess as a turn timer.
- Sleep Timer – Set a dimming countdown to help wind down at night.
- Meeting Timer – Keep discussions on track with a countdown visible to all.
It's designed to be used with Corcelain, creating a beautiful and elegant cup, conveniently available when you make your next cup of tea! Corcelain offers several advantages thanks to its porcelain construction, opening up many doors within 3D printed design that were once closed:
• Food-safe: Porcelain is non-toxic, non-reactive, and does not leach chemicals.
• Durable: It is strong, resistant to cracking, and safe for repeated use with hot beverages.
• High-temperature safe: Porcelain can withstand high temperatures without warping or releasing harmful substances.
The design is powered by a small ESP32C3 development board which is cheap, powerful and opens up the possibilities for more features. The timer is indicated with a LED strip which incrementally builds up until reaching the set timer duration. The handle of the cup has a small OLED display with a rotary encoder beneath it, creating a simple and useful User Interface. Take a look at it on my instagram here.
As an optional print, I have created a charging base which makes charging the cup more convenient. It's the perfect addition for your desk, giving you a neat place to sit your cup down while acting as desk organiser/tea holder.
All details are thoroughly documented in the assembly document attached.
