Repair Part for Vileda Surprise / Gimi Aliante Drying Rack

Over time, the middle rods of this drying rack tend to break at the poorly designed connections. This repair part clamps the rods back to the frame – no more sagging!

🔧 Required Hardware:

• 2x M3 countersunk screws (25 mm)
• 2x M3 Nylock nuts

📌 Printing Instructions:

• Simply duplicate both halves if you need more.
• Print without supports.
• Print the upper half with the countersunk side facing up for a better surface finish on the arch.

📸 Note:
The prints shown in the picture are from the prototype stage. The final version is now correctly oriented on the print plate and optimized for strengh in the print profile.
