Annoying Sound Toy

Bringing the old super annoying toy back to make parents life a little harder than it already is. Prints quick and with low filament use. Just print, take the brim (properly) off the tube and push one of the tube ends on. Drop the piston in and push the other tube end on and you're ready to go!
