Whistle duck call

My own take on the call thats normally called 6-1 call. This is a whistle,  NOT a normal reed duck call, it does not “quack”. Instead it is intended to be able to mimic the whistle sounds a couple of ducks do.

• pintail
• wigeon
• teal
• wood duck
• bob

Please try and change the scale of the whistle a little bit if you find the pitch wrong on your printer.

• Updated the design to use the same body as my pure “bobwhite call”, so only the exhaust is left. I kept the old design as well for those that prefer that.

Printing

Use PLA or another stiff material (avoid CF/GF since you are going to breath in around it, you do not want small CF particles in your lungs). All parts are designed for 3d-printing and no supports needed. 

Printing with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.12mm layer height. Important to print the body standing on the mouth piece with a brim (sand the mouth piece after). Do not print it any other way even if it looks like its more stable. It sounds a lot better if you print it as instructed. 

Assembling

You just screw the exhaust part on to the body.
