I printed mine in PETG, but I assume it will work just as well with other materials. It’s obviously not as sturdy as a store-bought version in stainless steel or aluminum, but it’s still a great way to test if you need one.

It's main purpose is to hold the leather down while pulling out the chisel.

You may need to smooth out the underside edge if it feels too sharp, even though I added a 45-degree bevel. Otherwise, it could leave marks on the leather.
