These are wheel weights for Mofo RC DDP 1.0" beadlock rims. They each have space for 7 tungsten or steel balls with 5mm diameter.
Attention, the wheel weights have to be taken off every time before you can take a wheel off, they block access to the wheel nuts.
There are 2 print profiles, the standard one is PLA+ while the second one is for Protopasta Iron Composite PLA for some additional weight.
Hardware required for a set of 2:
- 8 x M1.4 x 3.5mm
- 4 x M1.4 x 10mm
- 14 x Tungsten/Steel Ball 5mm diameter

Assembly Instruction:
- Press 14 ball weights into the wheel weight pieces (Press fit, some force required, small pliers work but carefull not to damage the 3d print)
- Insert 4 x M1.4 x 10mm screws into the through holes in the wheel weight pieces
- Insert 8 x M1.4 x 3.6mm screws into the blind holes in the wheel weight pieces
- Insert the ring piece to the backside of the wheel, the two little protrusions slot into the holes of the rim (check last picture for correct alignment)
- Put wheel on vehicle and screw on with normal wheel nut
- Put wheel weight piece on rim and screw the M1.4 x 10mm screws in so the wheel weight piece and the wheel ring will be pulled towards each other so they squish the rim and stay in place like that
Added Fusion 360 file in case anyone wants to change something.
