Custom Sliding Office Door Sign

This 3D-printable sliding door sign is a simple, customizable way to indicate availability in an office, therapy space, or home workspace. The design includes:

• Editable Nameplate – Personalize with your name or title.
• Two Editable Backplates – Default labels are “Busy” and “Available,” but you can modify them as needed.
• Sliding Holder – Houses the nameplate and backplates, allowing for easy status updates.
• Optional Small Holder – For displaying just the nameplate without the availability slider.

Designed in Bambu Studio, this model has been printed and tested for functionality. While I’m not a designer, I created this with ease of use and affordability in mind. It’s meant to be attached using 3M Command Strips or similar adhesive for a clean, damage-free mount.

This design fully suits my needs, so I don’t plan on making updates, but I’d love to see how others remix or improve upon it! Feedback is always welcome, and I hope this helps keep your workspace organized.
