C Clamp fully 3d Printed 50mm

This C-Clamp is fully 3D printed and does not need any supports. For a 3d printed clamp it is very strong. I did measure it by camping onto a scale and got 41kg / 90lbs with minimal deflection of the clamp. The test was done with a clamp printed in normal PLA.

 

Clamping width: 1-50mm

 

To assemble the clamp just screw in the clamp screw into the Clamp Body and then screw on the anti rotation pad. When the pad is crewed on all the way in it drops free from the thread and allows for free rotation to counteract the rotation of the screw.
