With many iterations, redesigns and tests that lead to this moment, you can enjoy first of its kind for Skadis, tilt container with specially designed slide tilt rail that securely tilts in very convenient and accessible position, and with single movement can be detached and grabbed for easy access to the content, and with the same simplicity slided back in. HOW CONVINIENT! Now you don't have to choose between tilt container or drawer - you can have BOTH! Slide rail is specially designed to be guided in specific path that easily slide out and securely tilt into position, where it won't go nowhere by itself, but with single motion you can detach it from base and use it like any other drawer. And it's as always for me - overengineered but in a good way :) Everyone loves to put blocks together, especially our 3d printing community. Enjoy snaping in place and twist lock  pieces! It is designed to be as sturdy as functionally needed and use as little filament as it truly needs and print as fast as it's possible to balance best quality and print time. It its designed to be 3d printed in mind, so you won't see any supports here! ENJOY!  Customize it, with style! Drawer follows IKEA style and this container was designed with EKET in mind - simple, minimalistic, customizable and fun to put together! You can feel like artist finding most satisfying combination of your own creation, there are almost unlimited combinations. Crafting best and most functional combination of various shapes and colors, you can create modern art with simplicity of placing blocks together. Modern, technological yet simple and minimalistic design fits perfectly to almost any surroundings - use it next to your gaming battle station or next to your advanced 3D printer or office environment. Customize text on container to fulfill truly personalized needs - it's first of it's kind drawer that can be so easily personalized before printing and do it with style! I was using Fiberlogy Matte PETg that looks almost identical to Skadis board, texture, color matches almost perfectly.  You can find used font on Google website https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Righteous Short tutorial how to customize text Best results are with font between size 12-13.5 and with text gap between -0.65 and -0.75. To keep aesthetic, try to place first letter on the edge of bottom and last letter on the edge of top part, it will be automatically cut to shape with special negative part. It looks very clean when every piece has text top to bottom :)   Mount it, lock it, secure it! Specially designed twist lock secure clip with cap, safely and strongly secures box on your board. With twisted clip you are locking it in position with cap that provides perfectly centered position so you don't have to worry about placement or accidental detachment. I would love to see more creations using this system as I'm confident it's the best available - it is very sturdy and strong, very precise and looks clean when mounted. Twist lock provides strong connection between board and mounted element with 1,5mm clearance that is enough for sturdy mounting, and lock cap provides consistent and perfect alignment in the same time keeping clean, modern look. |
