Skådis - Caliper Support

Caliper Support for Skådis

(Tested with: @AU3D's Caliper Bracket but is probably compatible with more caliper mounts for Skådis)

Problem

Putting the caliper back into the mount just felt a bit off.

Also, sometimes when not putting it back very carefully it also triggered the caliper to turn on. This model doesn't make that problem go away but I think it happens a little less anyway. And when it do happen and you push the OFF button the caliper stays flat and solid against the Skådis board.

Solution

Small support piece with optional magnet.

Assembly (For Magnetic* Snap) 

Test different sized magnets to find one that has a strength you prefer when putting back the caliper. The model should fit all magnets with a <8mm diameter. Then press fit the free included plug. 

*Magnet is optional, only use if that’s your thing. I don’t want to force you to do anything you’re not feeling comfortable with. Like force you to print anything, boost anything or give me an extremely positive review and say that I’m a decent person worthy of loving.

Note - the hook fits really snug because over time it will start to creep and become more loose (just the nature of PLA) so I thought it was better to make it sit a bit more tight from the beginning.
