Streetscape rules:
Players: 2-8
Starting the game
Each player take turns to choose 3 plots from the street gameboard. It is suggested to place a memo next to the plot to indicate the owner of the plot.
Each round of game (conduct 12 times for each player, take turns)
Every player can conduct 2 actions in each round from the following list:
Build a residential unit in the player owned plot
Build a set of recreational facilities in a car park space/inside the owned plot/ setback or rooftop of the residential building
Plant a tree on the walkway or inside recreational facilities adjacent to the plot owned by the player.
Placement rules:
***If the player decided a park will be built on a specific plot, no residential buildings can be built on that plot and at most 3 long recreational facilities or 6 short recreational facilities can be built.
***1 set of long recreational facilities can be built for each set back residential unit on ground floor.
***1 set of long recreational facilities can be built for each topmost residential unit of the residential building (which means at most 2 for a single plot).
Point calculation
It is suggested to conduct 12 rounds for each game
Point calculation will be conducted at the end of the game with the following order
1: (e1) Calculate the number of residential units built by the player (2 for each non-set back residential unit, 1 for each set back residential unit).
2: (e2) Calculate the number of long recreational facilities/ park facilities built outside of the plot, in the setback of the plot and the car park area immediately next to the plot
3: (e3) Calculate the number of short recreational facilities/ park facilities built outside of the plot, in the setback of the plot and the car park area immediately next to the plot and the trees planted in recreational facilities/ park facilities built outside of the plot.
4: (e4) Calculate the number of car park space outside the plot.
5: Calculate the final score of the player by ((2*number of long recreational facilities+ 1*number of short recreational facilities )/ (number of residential units))+ ((number of residential units)/(2*number of long recreational facilities+ 1*number of short recreational facilities))+ (2*number of car park/ number of residential units)
Which is: ((2*e2+ e3)/(e1))+ ((e1)/(2*e2+ e3))+ (2*e4/e1)
The player with highest final score wins the game.
