Description

IMPORTANT: MakerWorld is (apparently) updating the project file to the latest version of Bambu Studio. I was not using the latest version (as I ran into some issues and rolled back) and noticed when I opened the downloaded project file, all of its build plates were deleted (except one). If you encounter this, open the project in the latest version of BS and hopefully, all the tokens will be assigned to a plate (rather than being “outside”).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This project includes acrylic replacements for most of the tokens used in Nemesis: Lockdown and its stretch goals, including:

Night Stalker tokens

Chytrids tokens

Underground Exploration tokens

Surface Exploration tokens

Contingency tokens

Power tokens

CSS tokens

Time token

Alert Procedure token

Venting token

Autodestruct token

It also includes storage for all of the above, additional token trays, and holders for many of card decks and room tiles used in the game. All of these components can be used together as a (partial) replacement of the factory insert and can be stored in the box with no lid lift (see pictures or this BGG thread for details - https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/3475053/article/45884358#45884358). The last pic shows the trays of the factory insert that can be tossed.

If you’re looking for tokens for the original Nemesis or the Void Seeders expansion, I’ve done those as well and they are also be available here on MakerWorld (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1276351-nemesis-intruder-and-exploration-tokens#profileId-1304307).

Notes on the token “holder”:

The columns of the holder don't all hold the same number of tokens. The idea is this. The first column holds 10 Night Stalker tokens. When packing up the box, this column should be loaded with the initial 10 tokens specified by the setup (1 Blank, 4 Larvae, 1 Creeper, 1 Queen, and 3 Adults) in preparation for the next game. The second column should contain the remaining 9 adults and the 3rd column should contain the remaining larva, creeper and breeder tokens, with the breeders on top. Only adults and breeders are added to the bag after the initial 10, so this arrangement should work.

The last two columns contain the 15 Chytrid tokens (8 in one column and 7 in the other). Their order doesn't matter as they're all thrown in the bag.

The exploration tokens are in stacks of 10. 20 tokens are required when playing the underground map and 10 when on the surface. So the stacks of 10 should work nicely.

Notes on printing:

I’m new to 3D printing, so take these comments with a grain of salt.

A smooth plate will probably yield the best results, although you’ll probably get more print errors and might need to re-print some of the tokens as a result.

It might be worth spreading the Night Stalker tokens in plate 4 across 2 plates instead of having them all crowded onto a single plate. At least with my P1S, tokens on the outermost edges of the plate were the most prone to errors (and I’ve found these tokens, in particular, frustratingly finicky in printing w/o error). I left them all on one plate, for those that prefer to print them all in one shot, as it’s easier to separate them in two plates than combine 2 plates into one.

If you decide to use a textured plate, you’ll likely get better results flipping all of the exploration tokens so that the question marks are face down on the plate. These tokens are fairly detailed and those details will likely be obscured somewhat by the roughness of the textured plate.

I used both Sunlu (from a set off Amazon) and Creality Soleyin Ultra PLA filaments. I found the slight translucency of the Sunlu white filament produced more pleasing results for the Night Stalker/Chyrids tokens. The Creativity white filament is a much brighter and opaque white. Not a huge deal either way, but given a choice, I’d definitely opt for the Sunlu white. The pictures in this project show the Sunlu white, while the pictures in the original Nemesis project show the Creality white, if you'd like to compare the results.
