2" Hitch Receiver TPU Cover with Subaru stars

This is designed to be made out of TPU to allow compression and an interference fit.  Print file provided is at 102% scale for best interference fit in new (un-rusted) 2" hitch receiver.  Print file provided will produce the model shown in photos on left hand side and requires Subaru logo to be removed with pick and needle nose pliers.  I prefer this look - printed on Textured PEI Plate, which only used 37.84 g of material and took 3 hr 14 min to print.

The model in the photos on right hand side was flipped 180 degrees, which did not require picking material out of the logo; but required many more supports (as expected with all the overhangs) resulting in 65.96 g of material which took 5 hr 19 min to print.  This was my test case at 100% scale and was too loose (as it printed approx. 1mm short dimensionally in the TPU).  I had to make up the difference with about 3 full wraps of electrical tape in order to get a tight enough fit at 100% (this may differ with a different material).

If you don't have TPU and want to try printing with a hard material (hopefully UV resistant), then printing at 100% and using electrical tape wraps to achieve an acceptable interference fit may work best for you.
