Kid's chair in a box. Portable camping seat & case

This 3D printable model is a compact, portable chair designed especially for children (although it seems to take my weight - 12st). The design cleverly packs the chair legs inside a sturdy box, which doubles as the seat. Each of the four legs is threaded and securely stores within the box when not in use. To assemble, simply open the box, screw in the legs, and you’re ready to go.

 

The box features a locking mechanism to keep it closed and a TPU printed carry strap. Integrated print in place hinges support and lock into place to provide extra strength when the chair is in use. Though intended for kids, the chair has shown surprising strength and can support the weight of an average adult (tested briefly)—but please note:
