Welcome to version 4 of my Hydrapeak 3mL vial holders. These are designed for the 32oz version of the Hydrapeak Thermos.

The vertical holders holds 23 vials each. The horizontal holder holds 8. All 3 combined will hold 54 3mL vials! You can also opt for a bit less storage to add the desiccant basket to help keep your vials dry.

 

Another tweak made is to allow trays to stack together outside the hydrapeak without sliding, allowing you to use these easily outside a hydrapeak thermos should you wish. Please note, these are not meant to lock together, but to be stacked without the worry of a tray or trays sliding off. If they are fitting a bit too tight, I noticed that if I would rotate them while attached and work them together and apart a bit after printing, it frees it up some. 

 

UPDATE: It seems some hydrapeaks lids bow in the middle. I have updated the top tray designs to hopefully accommodate for this slight variation in design. If you previously downloaded the file prior to 4/25/25 and have fitment issues, redownload and reprint the top vial/desiccant trays and see if that improves the situation.

 

To fill your thermos, print the following combinations!

2 x Vertical holders and

1 x the desiccant basket OR 1 x the horizontal vial holder.
