This fan is different from the previous manual fans. It won't get stuck. You can keep pressing it, and it operates extremely smoothly.Moreover, it can rotate smoothly without using any hardware components.

This fan must printed with PETG.Please print it accordinig to the default configuration to aviod failure in assembly and printing.

The assembly process is as follows:

 

First, remove the supports on these gears.

Then, arrange these gears in this way and glue them together.

It is recommended to add lubricant in these positions, which will make it smoother.

Place the spring and the gears on our casing in this order.

Press the buckle of the rear cover plate tightly.

Finally, install the fan blades of the fan.

 

When you press the fan for the first time, you can rotate its fan blades in a clockwise direction to help it rotate better.
