TPU Zipper Pulls

UPDATE: January 24 2026. I improved the already functional design to be even better. I improved the look and improved the print profile to print slower so that if the filament is wet it may still print ok.

Incredibly strong zipper pull. I dare you to try and break it. Works with gloves on. I have been using mine for a few years now and I just got around to uploading it.

I included various sizes. The 30 mm version on the first plate is about as small as you can make it. I would print the 40 or 50 mm version first to see how you like it.  

Use a 95a  or softer TPU, I have been told that the TPU that works in the AMS is too stiff for this model.
