Ranger Raptor Tow Hitch Cover

A tow hitch cover for the Ranger Raptor. It fits the 50mm OEM tow bar receiver that comes with the Raptor (in Australia), 16mm pin. I printed it in PLA to test, but ASA or ABS will be more appropriate for durability. You will need supports for the R symbol and holes. I printed it on the carbon fibre look plate, looks great.

 

Note: The cover does not fit snugly in the receiver to allow for variances in internal dimensions. I reduced the in fill to 12% as it is not load bearing, you can add a modifier across the pin hole to strengthen if you want.

 

I used UV resin on the inside surface of the R (red section) to seal and smooth it out.
