Build plate clener

 with cotton pads as an ammo

 

I got inspired on the internet and wanted to make some improvements for cotton pad build plate clener.

 

Boost MeBoost is like a Tip for designer.
It helps me with further designs :-)

• The outer part is cutted in an angle with narrow edge to prevent scratching of build plate.
• Tool has a screw mount to hold the pad as tight as possible.
• It also help to push the pad further outside so only cotton pad is touching the build plate.
• Grip marking on inner and outer part for easier mounting.

How to assembly:

Measure your cotton pad:

Print coresponding size 55, 57, 60mm.

 

Insert cotton pad:

 

Close the tool by screwing in clockwise direction:
