Description

This simple design collection aims to couple, fix or pass through regular 4mm PTFE tubings in various ways using PC4-M10 pneumatic quick connectors. It can be used to join two separate PTFE tubes together or can serve as pass through for an acrylic glass pane, dry box or even the lack enclosure table top. Featuring a metric hexagon style a 13mm wrench or ratchet can be used for easier tightening.

Printing

  • PLA or PETG, ABS, ASA depending on your operational environment's heat
  • 0.20mm or less layer height in order not to mess the thread
  • 2+ perimeters
  • 15% infill
  • no support required when printing upright
  • brim may be required for the lack pass through depending on your bed's adhesion

Pass through assembly

  1. Drill a 10 or 11mm hole to your taste ( Start with a small drill and increase drill size more and more when drilling acrylic glass panes. Otherwise you may crack the pane. )
  2. Insert the male part or quick connector and tighten with the female counterpart from the other side
  3. Apply additional quick connectors to your taste
