Creality K2 Plus Replacement Nozzle Wiper Assembly

This is a nozzle wiper assembly replacement for the Creality K2 Plus using the Bambu Lab X1/P1 nozzle wiper and the K2 wiper pad. This requires the removal of the original assembly as seen in the instructions here.

Print the part as oriented in a higher temperature filament such as ASA or ABS at a .2 layer height. It requires no supports.

Assembly requires the following parts:

Wiper pad for K2

Nozzle wiper for the Bambu X1/P1

2 10mm, M3 flathead screws

2 M3 nuts

1 6mm, M2.5 socket cap screw

Assembly is a follows:

Insert 2 M3 nuts in the holes as shown below:

Attach the X1/P1 nozzle wiper in holes below with the M2.5 screw:

Install the K2 wiper pad

Install into the printer with the wiper pad to the right and attach with the M3 screws and enjoy jam free, clog free printing - I know I have.
