Guide
A step-by-step assembly guide is attached to the end of this description. This is for the Piano Music Box Bottom Winding Kit – K014, as sold by Bambu Lab (shown below). You can find the model for the other kit on my page.

Customisation
You have the choice of three horns for your gramophone. In the print profile, you will find three plates for each one. The correct connector is also included on the same plate.
In the assembly guide, each part is given a unique letter. These match those found in the print profile in Bambu Studio. You can move pieces from other plates onto the same plate, just make sure to leave a gap around some of the pieces to leave space for the supports.
Filament
PLA Wood Rosewood (13204) was used for the lid, box, platter, and crank handle.
PLA Metal Iridium Gold Metallic (13400) was used for the horn on the main photo, along with other pieces. This is the best option to replicate the brass of real gramophones.
PLA Metal Iron Gray Metallic (13100) was used for the record. PLA Basic Black (10101) would look more realistic due to its shiny appearance, but I didn’t have any laying around.
PLA Silk+ Silver (13109) was used for the main arm (Part K) and other small pieces (Parts L, M, N, O). This was used for the horn also.
For best print quality
Make sure that your printer has been recently calibrated and you have carried out the Flow Dynamics Calibration. Print the horn separately and at a standard print speed to reduce stringing. Made for 0.4 mm nozzle.
