Koss KPH40 headband fix

Printable part to repair broken head and part for the Koss KPH40 Utility On-Ear Headphones

If your headphones are like mine, the fragile bit that holds the metal bands together snapped apart. I tried gluing them back together but nothing worked so this was my solution.

Hardware schedule: You will need 4 x M2x6 screws, and x 4 M2 nuts
